The following amends your FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY DISCLOSURE consistent with recent changes to Federal Regulation CC: In some cases, we will not make all of the funds that you deposit by check available to you on the same business day. Effective July 21, 2011 the next day availability of deposits by check into a transactional account will increase from the current $100 to $200.
